Cousin photos Spring 2009

Tori mentioned on her blog that I would soon be posting these pictures. Since she put me in the hot seat, here they are!

We decided that since we had the kids’ pictures taken last spring at this time, we should go ahead and have some taken this year as well. Why not? I’m always up for having more pictures of my kids! Enjoy!

Why am I always behind?

I feel like I’m always playing catch-up these days. It probably has something to do with the extra morning I’ve been teaching, my new part-time job, the two programs at school (that will be over after this week) and my two small children. I mean, I’m glad to be busy – but I just feel overly busy right now! Soon my part time work will be able to be done at home, which is a day I’m greatly anticipating. Until then, while I know you’ll be disappointed, my posts will probably be less about words and more about pictures. Go ahead and cry your big tears now. I’ll wait.

Busy busy!

We are busy celebrating Easter in Des Moines, but here are some picture for you to enjoy!

Forgotten Fotos

Here are some pictures I found today that I intended to post, but that I never actually posted.

Colton is reading. I know, it’s very early at almost 15 months old. He’s a genius. What’s that you say? The book is upside down? Oh… well, he already knows how to read right-side up, so he’s practicing reading upside down. Yes. That’s it.

Kenny will be sending a postcard to his customers advertising his services with this photo on the front. We figure when people see how cute his kids are, they won’t want to cancel their service – those little mouths deserve to be fed!

I love this jeans advertisement-like photo. I didn’t ask her to put her hands in her pocket, she just did it. I love it.

Doesn’t Jack look like he’s ready to go play golf? I mean, if it wasn’t for the pink cell phone. I don’t know any (masculine) golfers that carry a pink phone. Maybe Jack could start a trend.

This picture is only funny because of what was going on at the time. Jack was having a conversation with his shadow. He was totally talking to the sidewalk. So so so funny.
